Surveying Added Inventory:

Each vehicle is physically processed and given a visual features survey.  This inspection, coupled with the most advanced computerized VIN decoding system available, assures you that every identifiable standard and optional feature is listed online in each vehicle's slide-show and details page.

Photographing Added Inventory:

We take multiple (up to 30), eye-catching digital photos that are each intended to showcase every significant key feature that would normally be asked about or catch a prospective buyers attention during a traditional "walk around".  Each photo is then enhanced for optimal online usefulness and uploaded into your lot's online inventory database for immediate distribution to your website and/or any third party lead generators (and all applicable partner sites) that you might subscribe to.  All photos are then stored and maintained on Dealer Assist's backup system for safety purposes or other future use.

Note that many inquiries received by dealers who don't use our services are too often filled with inconvenient, costly, and time-consuming requests for "more info" or "more photos" when a well-maintained, photo-rich site would have already conveniently provided prospects with all this info and much more … and provided you with more available time to do follow ups on qualified, serious leads.

Used Inventory Window Stickers / Printable Brochures:

Once the on-sight features survey, computerized VIN decoding, and digital photo services have been completed, we can then produce a Window Sticker to be placed on the vehicle so prospects that come to view you lot will have a handy quick-reference to the vehicle's most significant features.  Also, digital copies of these window stickers serve as valuable printable brochures for interested customers.  Dealer Assist can provide you with a supply of these, or you can access and print copies from the Dealer Assist Customer Login on this website.

Video "Walk Around":

This service is currently "in the works".  Integrate a video file that reinforces the visual impact that your photos are already accomplishing.  Your customer will be able to see all the features that your sales professionals would normally bring to their attention during a "walk around".  Also, it will personalize the information by putting a face and a friendly voice to the shopping experience.  Not only will a prospective buyer have an emotional connection with the vehicle, its image, and its listed features but will also be able to "connect" with a real person who they will then be more likely to contact and deal with when they call for an appointment or come to the lot.
